the murderer was smithers. He killed mr burns and i {lisa simpsons} stayed with bart to listen to the conversation.
all of springfield wanted to kill mr burns but only one person did it.some people said that they wanted to kill him but when they went to his house he was dead .only smithers got it .he was cooking and went to his bedroom by a secret door and he killed him.
